Hi, I’m Pavel Kamarashev.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 10,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience over the last four years.

Now, I could say the usual lines every trainer throws around — “I help people become the best version of themselves” — and while there’s truth in that, let’s cut through the fluff.

I’m not a magician, and I’m not your next fitness guru. I learned a long time ago that I can’t help everyone — and I don’t want to. I choose to work with people who live with intent, who move with purpose, and who demand the best from themselves.

I don’t care if you’re a barista or a barrister, an Olympian or someone who competes in eating sausages for fun. If you wake up each day with the drive to improve, to grow, and to put in the work — I’m in your corner. But if you’re looking for casual sessions, weekend excuses, or a PT who just nods and chats while you go through the motions — I’m not your guy.

This isn’t about being harsh; it’s about being honest. I want the best for the people I work with. But unless you want the best for yourself, we’re not going in the same direction. And for me, knowing I could’ve helped you move forward — but didn’t — doesn’t sit right.

So if you’re serious about your progress, your performance, and your mindset — let’s work. Otherwise, there’s a gym out there with someone who’ll tell you what you want to hear.
