How Does Online Personal Training Work?
First, we’ll schedule a 60-minute assessment call. This is more than just a chat — we’ll dive into your goals, how long you’ve been chasing them, and what’s been getting in the way.
The aim? To uncover the real obstacles and figure out how to remove them by leaning into your strengths — not fighting your weaknesses.
From there, I’ll build a personalised 4-week training plan tailored to you.
In your first week, you’ll get three 60-minute online coaching sessions to kick things off strong — setting the standard, building momentum, and making sure you’re confident in every movement.
After that, you’ll have one to two sessions per week, depending on your needs, along with a structured program to follow on your own between sessions.
This is more than just workouts — it’s coaching, accountability, and progress with purpose.
What Problems Does Online Coaching Solve?
And is it better than in-person training?
Let’s be clear — online coaching isn’t about replacing the gym. It’s about removing the obstacles that stop you from showing up and making progress.
✅ Travel a lot for work or life?
Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train anywhere, anytime — no need to pause your progress just because you’re not in your regular gym.
✅ Working from home?
You can train on your lunch break without wasting time commuting. That means more time to train, shower, eat, and get back to work — all without leaving your space.
✅ Struggle with consistency?
Online coaching gives you structure, accountability, and a clear plan — while adapting to your schedule, not the other way around.
Now, is online coaching better than in-person?
Not necessarily. It’s not about which is better — it’s about what works best for your lifestyle.
If your time, travel, or routine makes regular gym sessions hard to stick to — online training can be the game changer.
And with live virtual sessions, tailored programs, and ongoing support — it’s just like in-person coaching, minus the limitations.
Will Virtual Training Stop Me from Going to the Gym?
Absolutely not.
In fact, your virtual sessions can be done in the gym if that’s where you prefer to train. The goal of online coaching isn’t to keep you out of the gym — it’s to give you the structure, accountability, and guidance no matter where you train.
Ideally, having better access to coaching and a clear plan should actually motivate you to use your gym time more effectively.
But if going to the gym isn’t realistic for you right now? No problem. You can still get great results training from home with the equipment you have.
Online coaching is about making progress work around your life, not the other way around.
